How do I return my deposit part and get a refund?

You have 30 days to return the surcharge part along with the packaging of the new part.

To make your return, go to your Customer Account under My orders. Select the relevant order and click on Return an item, then select the surcharge part to return.

We will provide you with a return slip to print and enclose in the return parcel, available in the My returns section of your Customer Account.

The refund for the surcharge part will be made to the bank account linked to the payment method used for the order, after receipt and inspection of the parcel.

If the return cannot be carried out by our carrier, the costs associated with the return will be at your expense, including if you have subscribed to the Peaceful Purchase Guarantee, which only covers eligible new parts from the order associated with the return.

Please note that your return may be refused for any of the following reasons :

• The 30-day return period has expired
• The surcharge part is returned without the original packaging received
• The surcharge part is returned burnt, oxidised, broken, or incomplete.
