What to do if my parcel is damaged or deteriorated?

If you made a mistake, or if the part is not compatible with your vehicle, we invite you to submit a return request. Please go to your Customer Account, under the My Orders section.

• Select the relevant order
• Click on Return an item(s)
• Select the reason for your return
• Print your return label

You can return your order in its original packaging within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your parcel.

However, this withdrawal period is exceptionally extended to 365 calendar days for products of the Bölk and Bpro brands, offering you greater flexibility for a potential return.
