How am I refunded?

Payment by Bank Card or Google Pay

The amount of this refund will be credited to the bank card used for your purchase within 1 to 3 days. The actual availability of the money in your account occurs within 1 to 5 days maximum after you have received the refund notification email.

For Google Pay, the refund will be credited to the payment card linked to the Google Pay account used at the time of payment. The actual availability of the money in your account occurs within 1 to 5 days maximum after you have received the refund notification email.

Payment in 3 or 4 instalments

This amount will be automatically deducted from your upcoming monthly payments. You will receive an email from our partner with the amounts of the upcoming instalments taking this refund into account.

If this refund covers the entire amount of the order, our partner will refund all the instalments already debited.

Payment by Bank Transfer

The amount of this refund will be credited to your bank account within 3 to 7 days.

Payment via PayPal

If you paid by PayPal using your bank card, the amount of this refund will be credited to the bank card used for your purchase. The actual availability of the money in your account occurs within 1 to 5 days maximum after you have received the refund notification email. If you paid by PayPal using your bank account and/or your PayPal balance, the amount of this refund will be credited directly to your PayPal balance.
