How long does the refund take?

The refund for your order is processed in the days following the actual receipt and inspection of the products you return to us.
On average, it takes about ten working days after the parcel is received at our warehouses for the refund to be completed.

In the case of a cancellation due to a stock shortage with our suppliers, the refund is initiated simultaneously with the cancellation.

The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may vary depending on the banks, ranging from 2 to 5 working days from the issuance of the refund order.
