What are the refund terms?

You will be refunded to the bank account linked to the payment method used for your order.

If you used a voucher, it will not be refunded but credited back to your personal Mister Auto account.

If you did not subscribe to the Peace of Mind Purchase Guarantee and in case of an error on your part or if you have changed your mind, the shipping costs related to returning the product remain your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund.

Your order refund will be processed in the days following the actual receipt date of the products you return to us.
In the case of a cancellation due to a stock shortage from our suppliers, the refund is initiated simultaneously with the cancellation.
