Am I notified when the refund is processed?

You will receive an email notification as soon as Mister-Auto has issued your refund order. This message will inform you that your request has been acknowledged and that the refund process is underway.

Due to the time required for interbank operations, please allow between 2 and 5 working days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account. This account must be the one associated with the payment method you used for your purchase. This timeframe may vary depending on the banks and any public holidays.
