Sometimes, certain situations require us to ship your order in several separate parcels. This approach is implemented to ensure an optimal delivery experience, even when conditions do not allow all items to be grouped into a single shipment.
For example, when your order is bulky or contains a large number of items, it may not fit into just one parcel. In this case, we divide your order into multiple parcels to facilitate transport and ensure the safety of the products during their journey.
Furthermore, it is possible that some items in your order come from different suppliers or are subject to varying preparation and shipping times. This variety can lead to separate shipments, as each supplier manages their stock and timelines independently. Thus, some items may be dispatched more quickly than others, which explains receiving multiple parcels at different times.
If you notice that your delivery is incomplete, we invite you to check your Customer Area, accessible via the My Account section and then My Orders. This section allows you to verify if your order has been shipped in multiple parcels and to track the status of each shipment. You will find all the necessary information there to understand the situation and follow the complete receipt of your order.
