I forgot my password

To reset your password from the login module located on the homepage of the site, carefully follow the steps below:

First, go to the top right corner of the homepage. There you will find a button titled My Account or log in. Click on this button to access the login page.

Once on the login page, enter your username or login in the designated field. This step is necessary to identify your user account.

If you have forgotten your password, don’t worry. Click on the forgot password link, which is usually found below the login fields. This link will allow you to initiate the password recovery process.

Next, you will be asked to enter the email address associated with your account. Once this address is provided, an email containing a reset link will be sent to you. Be sure to check your inbox as well as your spam folder in case the message does not appear immediately.

Click on the link contained in the email to be redirected to a new webpage. This page will give you the option to choose a new password. Take care to choose a secure and easy-to-remember password, then confirm your choice to save the changes.

After saving your new password, you will be able to use this new information to log in to your account securely.
