Can I be delivered within 24 hours?

You can absolutely be delivered within 24 hours from the date of your order provided that it meets 3 criteria:

• Choose items marked Delivered by tomorrow
• Order before 2pm
• Select an express delivery option.

As soon as your order is taken in charge by the carrier, you will be immediately informed of the shipment of your parcel. This notification will be sent to you by email and/or SMS, and will also include the shipping number, allowing you to track the progress of your order.

To track the progress of your delivery, check the shipment tracking in your Customer account, under My orders. However, it is possible that the tracking number of your parcel will only be active after 24 to 48 hours.
