Why can I sometimes not choose my delivery method?

Due to their large size or specific nature, some items cannot be shipped using the usual logistics methods. For this reason, they are sent directly by the suppliers themselves, who use their own specialised carriers to ensure appropriate and secure delivery.

Some products are not eligible for delivery to collection points. This notably includes tyres, as well as items that are too bulky or too heavy to be easily handled at such collection points.

Regarding starter batteries, their delivery is strictly limited to home delivery. This restriction is related to specific safety regulations and the very nature of these products, which require special handling.
