What is a core part?

The part purchased is a component reconditioned by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to strict specifications. It is less expensive but as reliable as a new part.

The surcharge amount is added to the price of the purchased part. This amount is then refunded to you when you return the old unit.

Please note:

• The return of the old unit must be made in the packaging of the new part received in your Mister-Auto order.
• You have 30 days to return your surcharge part.
• The original part returned must not be damaged, broken, or heavily corroded.
